My career started in business development and international sales — full-cycle, cold outreach, remote teams across Europe and globally. I learned how to build pipelines from scratch, close deals in competitive markets, and move fast in environments that don't wait for you to catch up. The most valuable thing it taught me: “no” is rarely final. There's always a path to “yes” if you find the right timing, the right angle, the right moment to re-enter.
That foundation is still in everything I do. It just lives inside much larger projects now.
When the war in Ukraine started, my family lost a business 15 years in the making. We didn't stop — we relocated to Bratislava and opened a new Frédéric Moreno salon in 2023. I co-invested and ran it together with my family. Same standards. New ground. That experience taught me something no job description ever could — starting over is not failure. It's just another kind of build.
That same drive brought me somewhere I hadn't planned — one of the biggest art cars on the Burning Man playa, built from scratch, with a team of 45 and a community that keeps growing. A project I'm genuinely proud of. The rest, you'll find below.

Large-Scale Production
End-to-end production of complex, high-stakes experiences. From concept through execution — coordinating every moving part until the vision is real and standing.
Operations & Logistics

I've led teams of 45 across engineering, creative, logistics, and operations. I build alongside the team, hold the standard, and make sure nothing falls through the gaps.

I design processes where none exist. I identify what's broken before it fails publicly. I build systems that hold — under pressure, at scale, in real time.

BiPolar Express & The Singularity Tree
BiPolar Express is one of the biggest art cars on the playa — two trains on wheels, built from scratch, carrying a massive sound system into the desert. The first time they arrived on playa, they stopped people in their tracks. Great collaborations with Mayan Warrior and Maxa followed. A community built around music, movement, and the kind of experience that makes people smile for days.
In 2025 we didn't stop — we expanded with The Singularity Tree, a large-scale art installation delivered to the playa as a natural next step for the project.

Afterburn Cyprus
Afterburn Cyprus started as a gathering for our BiPolar Express campmates — 70 people, in the hills of Cyprus, sharing the culture and spirit of Burning Man with the community at the heart of the project.
It grew. 120 the following year. Close to 300 the year after. What began as an intimate gathering is becoming something larger — we are working toward making Afterburn Cyprus an official regional Burning Man event.

Frédéric Moreno is a French hair salon franchise — part of the Dessange International group, a name synonymous with French excellence in style and precision. The brand operates at the level where appearance is craft, and every detail of the client experience is held to the highest standard.
When the war in Ukraine disrupted everything our family had built, we didn't look for an easier path. We opened a Frédéric Moreno location in Bratislava — same brand, same standards, new ground. I co-invested and ran daily operations alongside my family: team, client experience, revenue, and the level of service the brand demands.
